Improved capability has meant we can test for alcohol, pH, sugar, and acid on-site meaning you will know what's in the bottle at all times. Check out detail via our website.

Random testing of well-known brands of Kombucha has shown more sugar and alcohol found in the product than stated on the label. Sadly, things taste better with alcohol and sugar which is arguably why we have some health issues in Australia.

Dark Forest is committed to transparency and customer service. We promise, if we make an uber-sweet product, we will put it on the label for you to decide to buy or not.

Summer Bock talks about the concept of bio-terrain and gut ecology. Her book and program expand beyond gut repopulation and the microbiome and talks about how to correct and maintain your whole bio system!
