Dark Forest was born from a desire to create gut loving products for social Adults anchored in the principles of Permaculture: care of earth, its people and fairness.

We use 100% Australian green tea, cane sugar and whole fruit to craft our Sparkling Kombucha and Water Kefir. Low sugar, vegan, gluten + nut free!

Traditionally slow fermented at the Dark Forest Fermentary on the south coast of New South Wales.
